On Sunday, August 16, D.A.D.S. will be heading to Davis Farmland (145 Redstone Hill, Sterling, Ma.) at 10am. Cost per person is $10 (under age 2 is free). RSVP’s must be made by August 3 to Jeff Roback at dadsmass@yahoo.com, and payment must be received by August 10 (non-refundable), unless we have to reschedule, payment will not be accepted the day of the event. Dads Appreciating Down Syndrome (DADS) of Massachusetts is now taking rsvp's for Davis Farmland for Sunday, August 3, at 10am. $10/pp (under 2 free) gets you the petting farm, hay rides, demonstrations, and the zero depth water park. This is a great outing for the little ones. RSVP directly through Jeffry M. Roback at dadsmass@yahoo.com. Prepaid rsvp's (non-refundable, unless we have to reschedule) must be made by July 25. Payment at the event will not be accepted.

On Wednesday, January 22 at 7pm (doors open at 6:30pm) D.A.D.S. will hold its next meeting at Framingham Beer Works (348 Cochituate Rd. Framingham, Ma). Our special guest for the evening is Dr. Brian Skotko. Space is limited and RSVP’s are required by Jan. 10. (please contact Jeff Roback at dadsmass@yahoo.com). Cost per person is $20 and includes appetizers and dinner.

DADS will hold its February 2013 meeting on the 20th not the 13th.  Location:  Beacon Grille Woburn, Ma.  Guest speaker Dr. Brian Skotko.  More info to come.

D.A.D.S. would like suggestions for new speakers/guests at our meetings. If you know of someone please let me know (Jeff Roback, dadsmass@yahoo.com). Please include the name of the person/organization and a link to find out more information about the person/organization before I contact. Nothing is off limits.

DADS pleased to announce that D.A.D.S. is beginning a new strategy. To increase attendance and variety at monthly meetings we are going to implement a "satellite program". What this means is that for a period of time (1-4 months) our monthly meeting location will change to a different section of the state (n. shore, s. shore, Boston, cape cod, etc).
